Safety & Screening

Screened before scheduled. Every time.

What the intake asks about

Medical history, mental health history, current medications, and substance use. Emergency contact and a designated support person. Any accommodations you may need.

The intake is reviewed personally — not by an algorithm, not by an assistant. Some people are declined, and some are asked to wait. That is the standard, and it is the point.

The standard

Medication decisions belong to you

Any decision about your medications remains between you and your prescriber. This practice does not provide, sell, or administer any substance, and offers no medical advice.

Mutual confidentiality, signed

A confidentiality agreement is signed before any deep work, with only the narrow exceptions law requires. No recordings. Nothing published without separate written permission.

Sobriety and boundaries

The facilitator is sober throughout. Boundaries are agreed in writing in advance. Physical contact is consented and minimal.

Emergency protocol

A clear protocol is in place before the session begins. The container is structured so that difficulty is held, not managed alone.

No driving aftercare

You will not drive yourself afterward. Aftercare and a support person are arranged in advance as part of preparation.

Integration is included

Support after the session is part of the engagement — synthesized notes, a 72-hour protocol, and follow-up conversations. Not upsold.

If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or your local emergency number. This practice is not a crisis service.

Satisfy yourself first. Then decide.

A complimentary, confidential 20-minute conversation. No preparation needed. You will know by the end whether this is your path.
