Private Facilitation for Senior Leaders

The higher you climb, the quieter the room becomes.

Solitary decision-making is the heaviest burden of leadership. This is a confidential container for the work you cannot delegate, cannot discuss, and cannot keep postponing.

Sessions support leaders exploring psychedelic-assisted transformation in a screened, intentional, and strictly confidential setting. This is not recreational use. It is structured, high-responsibility facilitation.

The Isolation Gap

Surrounded by people. Alone with the decision.

You have advisors, a board, a leadership team. And yet the final call always lands on you alone. It is a specific kind of isolation — the kind where admitting uncertainty reads as weakness rather than judgment.

When every conversation carries an agenda and every relationship carries a power dynamic, a genuinely objective mirror becomes almost impossible to find. That absence creates blind spots exactly where the stakes are highest.

Private facilitation closes that gap: an agenda-free, confidential space to untangle what you have been carrying, test what you cannot say out loud, and recover the clarity that decisive leadership requires.

Who This Is For

This work fits you if:

  • You are carrying a decision, a pattern, or a grief you cannot fully share with anyone
  • You have already done the obvious work — the coach, the retreat, the books
  • The same constraint keeps reappearing no matter how you restructure around it
  • You want rigor and discretion, not ceremony and vibes

This is not for you if:

  • You are looking for a recreational experience
  • You want a guarantee of a specific outcome
  • You are unwilling to complete a thorough health and safety screening
  • You need immediate crisis support — that requires clinical care, and I will say so plainly

Roughly a third of people who complete screening are asked to wait or are referred elsewhere. That is the standard, and it is the point.

The Work

Preparation. Presence. Integration.

The experience itself is not the value. What determines whether anything changes is the preparation before it and the deliberate integration after. Most people get this backwards, chase the peak, and are unchanged within a month.

Preparation

We map the actual constraint, not the presenting problem. Intention is built, not improvised. You will know exactly what you are walking toward and why.

Presence

A sober, skilled, confidential container. Boundaries agreed in writing in advance. Nothing to manage, no one to perform for, no reputational risk in the room.

Integration

Synthesized notes, a structured 72-hour protocol, and integration conversations over the following weeks. This is where insight becomes operating change.

Safety is engineered, not assumed

The most important part of this work happens before anything begins.

01

Confidential health and safety screening.

Medical history, mental health history, medications, and substance use — reviewed personally before anything is scheduled.

02

Some people are declined.

Certain conditions and medications are not compatible with this work. In those cases I say so plainly and we part as friends.

03

Mutual confidentiality, signed.

Your identity and participation are protected with the same weight you are asked to honor. No recordings. Nothing published, ever, without separate written permission.

04

Integration is included, not upsold.

Support after the session is part of the engagement, because that is where the value actually lands.

Any medication decision belongs to you and your prescriber. This practice does not provide, sell, or administer any substance, and offers no medical advice.

The Covering

Sacred work, held in a sincere container.

This practice operates under The Sacred Practice. For members, sacramental practice is undertaken as sincere religious exercise — a category of activity recognized under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and its state analogues.

That framework is not a technicality. It reflects how this work is actually held: as something serious, bounded by covenant and conscience rather than convenience. Membership is part of the practice, and what it means is explored on the discovery call, in both directions.

Nothing here is legal advice. The practice does not provide, sell, or administer any substance.

The Arc

From first conversation to operating change.

01

Discovery

A complimentary 20-minute confidential conversation. No preparation needed.

02

Screening

Confidential intake, personally reviewed. Nothing scheduled until it clears.

03

Preparation

Intention, context, and logistics built deliberately.

04

The Session

A focused, private, sober-facilitated container.

05

Integration

Synthesized notes, a 72-hour protocol, and follow-up conversations.

Client Narratives

Quiet triumphs. Clear paths.

Shared with written permission. Identifying details withheld by design.

He did not give me advice. He gave me the space to hear my own instincts again. The relief came first; the strategy followed on its own.
M.V.Chief Executive Officer
In the isolation of the boardroom, a structured and genuinely confidential dialogue was the thing that broke a leadership transition open.
E.S.Founder & Managing Partner
A masterclass in untangling complexity. I arrived buried in operational friction and left with a path I actually believed in.
J.R.Director of Strategy
Entirely bespoke to my situation. The strategic and mental reset my role demanded, without an ounce of judgment.
S.L.Senior Vice President

A founder navigating a high-stakes transition used one carefully prepared session and three integration conversations to unwind years of chronic anxiety, renegotiate a co-founder relationship, and reach a clear decision about an exit — without any of it reaching their board or team.

Investment

Scoped after screening, never before.

The discovery conversation is complimentary. Private engagements begin at $2,400, because depth of preparation and length of integration differ meaningfully between clients. A $500 deposit secures a date. Rescheduling is free with 72 hours notice.

If investment is your first question, the discovery call answers it in five minutes.

Questions

The things a careful person asks first.

Sessions are facilitation: preparation, presence, and integration. This practice does not provide, sell, or administer any substance. For members of The Sacred Practice, sacramental practice is undertaken as sincere religious exercise under RFRA and its state analogues. Specifics are discussed on the discovery call. Nothing here is legal advice.

A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before any deep work, with only the narrow exceptions law requires. Many clients tell no one they are doing this. The system is built for exactly that.

That is precisely what screening is for. It is reviewed confidentially before anything is scheduled, and any decision about your medications remains between you and your prescriber.

Difficult passages are common and often where the value is. Preparation reduces avoidable difficulty, the container holds the rest, and integration ensures nothing is left unprocessed.

One focused day, plus preparation and integration conversations that fit an executive calendar.

Skepticism is welcome; it screens well here. There is a substantial peer-reviewed literature from institutions including Johns Hopkins, NYU, and Imperial College London. This practice treats no conditions and makes no medical claims — but the mechanism it works with is the one that literature documents.

The constraint is not going to resolve on its own.

A complimentary, confidential 20-minute conversation. No preparation needed. You will know by the end whether this is your path.
